Consulting Use License

The Consulting Use License is designed to recognize and support organizations that wish to use the TIPA framework for commercial purposes, i.e., consulting firms, IT Service Providers and software development firms.

Being a licensee allows organizations to benefit from the widespread adoption of TIPA on a global basis. Licensees are organizations that plan to make a commercial offering based on the TIPA framework, or plan to use TIPA in the development of a commercial offering. A commercial offering typically takes form as a service (assessment/consultation).

For an Organization to be able to apply for the Consulting Use License and offer a commercial service/product that includes the TIPA framework, it must employ or hire the services of at least one TIPA Lead Assessor. Consulting use license belongs to the organization (as opposed to Professional Membership, which belongs to a certified individual) and can be retained by the organization as reassignments occur.

An Organization offering TIPA as a commencial product/service needs to report and pay a fee for each assessment organized under this license.
